Is this a growth spurt?
For the past couple of days my moved out leg, all down my shin, have been response sore. It feels as if the bone is bruised. I cant run on it and I havent injured my leg and my parents reflect its probably a growth spurt.is that what it is?

this could be what is commonly prearranged as shin splints. this happens terrifically often to football players,basketball players and all kind of athletes that do alot of fast running beside sudden stops. if so it will heal on it own inside afew days or so.
Wait more or less a month or two and measure yourself. That'll share if you had a growth spurt. Maybe you did, conceivably you didn't. It sounds you might have done something when you be walking. But if you just similar to woke up that way, possibly you are have a growth spurt.
