Answers:
I started training for wrestling(the one close to WWF)when I was 15 within my Uncles promotion. While training they put me on a stricted diet.Which did consist of creatine and protein shakes.I turned out fine,of course I be up at 4am to train and then trained at 4pm.I did 45 minutes of running and later hit the weights for an hour and a half.
My workout was
Mon.arms and running
Tue.shoulders,subsidise,running
Wed.legs and running
Thurs-mon
fri-tue
sat-wed
sun-running plus push ups,sit ups, jumping jacks and chin ups
and everyday I be told by my trainer to do at least 75 ab crunches and ring training

No age is good for any of these supplements. My son insisted they be safe and kept trying adjectives differnent brands. I don;t know what exactly they do but he was so angry and rushed tempered, crazy, it was alarming to see such a change. On some brands he have heart palpitations, and stomach problems. Now he's only using protiens approaching lots of eggs, protein drinks, etc. He eats tremendously healthy. He's a trainer and ex college football player, and is bigger than ever in muscle mass. Use diet, and work unyielding on your weights and forget those supplements. You don;t know how'll they'll react surrounded by your body, and they have not be out long enough to really lnow the long permanent status damage they are competent of. Why take probability when you know diet and excercise will work even better!
