There's a theory that women dress for other women, not for men. I deduce there's closely of truth to this. Men don't care something like hair color, eye color, perfume scent, beauty results, designer purses, etc. For example, I think my wife is hot when she's lying on the couch in sweats and white socks beside no makeup on, her hair pulled spinal column and eating a bowl of cereal!
If you're conversation about sheer shock worth (i.e. a woman's ability to distract a man and filch his breath away), then it depends totally on the guy's fetish. Guys are unbelievably visual and near's always one point a guy is drawn to. If a hot girl (lip gloss, push up bra, short skirt, platform heels, etc.) get out of a cab and ten guys look at her, respectively one is looking at a specific part of her body. One guy can't bear his eyes off her cleavage, another guy is drawn to her booty and another might achieve hot and bothered by her feet. Still another guy might not look at her at adjectives because he's attracted to goth girls. There's no single definition of "hot" unless it's possibly Jessica Alba (ha ha) ;)
So visually, physical appearance creates an ititial shock value. After the initial ocular "makes" a girl hot, her personality "keeps" her hot. For example, when I first saw Jennifer Luv Hewitt on TV I thought she be hot. Then I listened to her contained by an interview and she seemed really self centered and shallow. Suddenly (and thereafter) I didn't find her attractive at all.
Personality traits that contribute toward a girl's "hotness" include, friendliness, flirting, tongue in cheek, subtle touches (like placing a hand on a guys arm while chitchat to him), smiling, sparkle in the eyes, honesty and self awareness. Even these are not carved in stone however. Some guys, for example, prefer bitchy women who believe they're superior to males. Other guys are drawn toward the cerebral, librarian type.
So, surrounded by a nutshell, if you accentuate your best physical features (whatever they might be) and if you're true to yourself and enjoy time, you will no doubt be classified as "hot" by a immense number of guys.
