Growing Question?
I am an 18 year old masculine and currently 5' 9" tall and 130lbs. Both of my grandfathers be 6' 2" and my father is 6' 4" and around 215lbs. In addition, my uncles are on average, 6' 2". I am a size 9 shoe, and everyone else surrounded by the family is around 11-13 (uncles and father). I own heavy amounts of fleece on my calves and lower forearms and I have to shave my frontage every other day. I try to drink 3-4 specs of milk per day, but my press is will I grow any more? I don't know what this means, but I did substantial weight lifting (4-5 sets of 8-12 reps and protein shakes) over the winter months (5 month term in Ohio) and I did not acquire stronger, bigger, or heavier. I still weigh 130 lbs after all of the counterweight training. I have hear that people who are still growing cannot gain muscle mass as well, thus I cannot tell if I will verbs to grow until age 24, like some those have claimed to grow until.

There's a slim accident you could gain another 1/2 - 1" in height...I grew 1/2" when I be 20. I was also 6-1 and #125 until that final growth spurt - when I later popped up to #155. Before that, I ate like a horse, worked out, run, ate more...even drank Ensure to put on weight - but zilch. So sometimes, no matter what you do, you simply have to keep on for your body/hormones to tell your body you have need of to gain weight. It's adjectives about your endocrine system relating your body to either burn/store curvy. Good luck to you.

u'll grow till 25 in recent times have reliance.. cuz i'm 5'10 and i still wanna grow .. if u really wanna know that ur still growing.. go to ur dr and explain to them to take an x-ray of ur arm and they'll speak about u if ur growth plates or closed or open...if closed u wnt grow if unfurl u still have a prospect...
