I am 14 years old and weigh 97 lb.I'm fairly the opposite of a being with muscles.I want to take some muscles but I don't want to go to the gym(the single one my towm is expensive and far from where I live).What can I do?

hey man your only 14...your muscles will come intrinsically (with exercise and good eating) in couple years. My friend get jacked when he was 17 from working out and consumption good.
