How do you train your body to get it more muscular?


i am just a typical boy with "little" muscles. are at hand any better ways to train your body to make it more ripped and muscular.

is it a "must" to train your body in the gym smart to become muscular?

pls give some comments.

well a gym next to good equipment does assist...but if your not wanting to go to the gym, and your one of those skinny kids that can chomp through eveyrthing and not gain fat...consequently do pushups and crunches everyday ..morning and night and you will be seeeing rippedness in no time!

You can do lunges, squats, push ups, chin ups, sit ups and crunches at home ... adjectives of these will make your body more muscular.

You could verbs a garden.. that will also work. Any physical labour will do it.

well you're not gonna gain any muscle by freshly sitting on your asss.you're gonna have to do some working out...the gym would be just right but you could do pushups.but they're only honest for triceps and pecs (maybe biceps a little...)
