I weigh 154 pounds and im 6', i lift everday and i run everyother day i devour good any design for gaining muscle?
By the road im gona be 16 this month and i already drink protein shakes.

im the same age as you and i workout to, you enunciate you work out every day and that completly wrong...

if you want to gain the muscle you lookin for you should lone lift weigh a maximum of every other day close to your running, this is because your muscles need time to repair

when your muscles repair, the fibers surrounded by them that make microscopic rips surrounded by them heal during your stale days and when they heal the body make your muscles bigger and stronger than before they be hurt (when lifting) so the key to in fact getting the muscle is RESTTTTTTTT, you need so much more rest than you reason...

you should only train your arms twice a week as they are a small muscle group and involve much time to repair, if you want your arms to look bigger train your triceps alot more than your biceps because having big horse shoe triceps is a better luk than skinny little arms near silly tenis balls for biceps on them

so put away your protien, lift weigh a maximum of 3-4 times a week and just pack in the gap with cardio... yes i no your probably thinking hes on crack or sumthin but i asure u if you rest youll c greater inprovements

First sour you need to start lifting every other year, and running on the days your not lifting. The reason for specifically that your body needs time to recuperate from the lifting.
