I think im in the order of 30% body fat....and want to catch down to 10%...???

Is this possible??

My goal is to get hold of down to 200lbs.....then smaller quantity after that

It is definitely possible. The most major thing is tolerance. It will take time previously you will see noticeable improvements. You may even gain cargo at first because you will be losing fat and replacing it next to muscle. (Muscle weighs more than stout.)

Not sure how long it will take as it depends on how unyielding you work and how much you change your diet. My guess is 6 months to 1 year. Maybe longer.

You own taken the first step by writing down your goals.

The subsequent thing is to see your doctor for a physical. Once your doctor clears you of any trunk health issues. My guess is that at 20, you won't hold much to worry more or less.

The next things would be shifting your diet and starting an exercise program.

You have to start intake like a 200 lb character and increase your water intake

The doctor could endow with you an idea on how much exercise to start near. I would guess 3-4 times per week to start. A decent exercise program would include substance training and cardio (treadmills, exercise bikes). Or getting involved in a particular sport approaching soccer, basketball, boxing, martial art, etc.

Yes, it is possible. I be 235 pounds and 33 percent body fat and go down to 150 pounds, 11% bodyfat. I'm 5'11

It took a lot of rugged work and about a pound a week on average. Some weeks be two pounds in the naissance and some weeks were .5 pound or none for several weeks. I suggest buying a bodyfat clamber so that if you weighlift, you can tell if you don't bring back discouraged if the scale doesn't move. I will tip off you that the body fat percentage moves terribly slowly in the first six months or so.

Your great weight should be just about 190 pounds. So it should take you 45 weeks. You could do it faster, but it should be a lifesyle choice and not a diet. I've kept my shipment off for over 5 years.

Make a low-fat menu and excercise plan for respectively day of the week. Break your big objective into smaller and smaller goals. Plan want you are going to get through for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Plan your excercises for each daylight and then stick to your plan knowing that if you don't do it you won't acheive your purpose.
