I observe guys staring at me but they never approach whats up beside that?
im 16. for example there is this one guy at my school who whenever i see him is constantly and i scrounging constantly glancing or staring at me. i am by no means the total hottest girl in school but i am no track near the ugliest. i don't consider myself intimidating- i was unmarked to the school a couple years ago while he has lived here his adjectives life. we never talk. this crazy eye contact have been going on for about over a year in a minute. i hardly acknowledge him when he looks at me. i dont know he just make it awkward why doesn't he just talk to me for god sake and tell me if he likes me if he does?? i penny-pinching hes always staring and watching me have conversations next to people. i acutally like him and he seem really cool so what is up with him why do guys stare but not approach a girl? it is confusing me really bad. also it seem like he always stares from a distance far away from me so i wont see but i do make out quite often b/c he is surrounded by my direct view. i dont wanna ask him why im shy w/ guys

and if he like u hell start responding everytime u say hi to him.
he doesn't talk to you b/c as you stated you scarcely acknowledge him when you catch him looking at you. smile at him instead and try to look open and friendly. he will come around. He's shy w/girls.

jk, but yeah, i think he is shy, and most guys around that age are, it'l rob them a few more years to man up a little, but for the time being, you should reach a deal to him!

when he look at you, smile and wave at him, and if u are close ample, say hi
and if he doesnt respond to a "HI" then yeah, he's really shy. lol
