What is the difference between going to an osteopath and a chiropractor?
Answers: On the NHS, one you have to salary for and the other you don't.
One is state-trained, the other is sort of trained.
I went to the non-state-trained, I regard as an osteopath. They cured my back-pain after two days - I was worse the first morning - and I feel it be money well spent. Plus I get advice that my vertibrae might be fused which be causing my stomach to be somewhat pushed out. However, some years' after, because I walk to the gym I had equal back problem and I go back to the surgery. His partner didn't solve the problem and seem basically inept. So near was a nouns of consistency in the treatment.
Later I visit a psychopath and he nearly killed me.
The former uses x-rays...the latter doesn't. Osteopath manipulate muscles and trys to fix any muscle imbalances. Chiropractor roughly tries to put back things into position that are not slightly odd. i.e a clicking hip, or neck etc.
$5 an hour In the USA an osteopath is a medical doctor near some additional training surrounded by chiropractic-like skills. Osteopaths have the scope D.O., or Doctor of Osteopathy. They are equal to an MD and tend to be nicer and to take a more holistic approach (my humble opinion).
