How do you differentiate your anearobic exersises from lifting.?


Do you seperate these two things or do you do them on the same afternoon. Are they the same muscle tissue or muscle fiber or are they different because i at least possible know they are both anerobic in a instrument. And what muscles do you want to strengthen to be a better runner?


Answers:    its good to mix it up a bit on alike day. if you do different things adjectives the time, you will end up not person able to hold a rest day. this is unpromising. so put both on the same time.

for running you should strengthen your leg muscles.
